The Modular Full Windshield System is the complete zeppelin style windshield & suspension package to isolate microphones from wind & handling noise. The system is made up from the following 3 elements: Modular Suspension Provides complete isolation against handling noise & cable-borne noises. Modular Windshield The Windshield slides onto the Modular Suspension to provide up to 25dB of wind noise attenuation. Windjammer Introduced by Rycote in 1987, the Windjammer is a high quality fur cover designed to fit perfectly over the Modular Windshield, to give an additional 10dB of wind noise attenuation.
